The obese-asthma phenotype is related to extra morbidity and postulated to have advanced airway/systemic inflammatory mechanisms. Utilizing a validated noninvasive technique of measuring higher airways cytokines from nasal epithelial lining fluid (nELF), we hypothesize that nELF cytokine concentrations are related to bronchial asthma signs in youngsters and differ by youngsters’s weight.
